About the Program

This program is a collaboration between Admal Aviation College, SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC), and Base Maintenance Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., with expected operations starting in 2025 in Subang.

This innovative program is designed to combine Admal Aviation College’s expertise in providing top-notch training for aircraft maintenance with SIAEC’s world-renowned capabilities in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO). Our partnership aims to support young Malaysians who are eager to join the aviation industry in association with SIA Engineering Company and Base Maintenance Malaysia.

Fully Funded Program

Guaranteed employment with a competitive salary

Base Maintenance Malaysia (BMM)

Qualification : SPM/O Level with credit in Mathematics, Science/Physics, and English.
Diploma holders are also encouraged to apply.

Phase 1: Theoretical & Practical Training

at Admal Aviation College, Sepang (6 Months)

Phase 2: On-the-Job Training with SIAEC

at SIA Engineering Company, Singapore (6 Months)

Accommodation and transportation will be provided during theoretical training and OJT, along with a monthly allowance of RM 3,500 during OJT.

Sia Engineering Company (SIAEC)

Qualification : Diploma/Degree holder in any Engineering discipline

Phase 1: Theoretical & Practical Training

at Admal Aviation College, Sepang (6 Months)

Phase 2: On-the-Job Training with SIAEC

at SIA Engineering Company, Singapore (7 Months)

Accommodation and transportation will be provided during theoretical training and OJT, along with a monthly allowance of SGD1,900 during OJT.
